Q: When will my Lipovits order be shipped?
A: For  Europe 2 -4 working days - USA / Canada  6 - 12 Days - and Rest of World Like Australia and Asia 14 - 18 days working days.

Q: Where is my Order?
All mail is sent same day before 1pm or next working day after 1pm, if you not revived your order this might be as the Parcel will not fit through your door and you were out. Please check with your local postal service if the have it.

Q: What US postal service do you use.
A: Our mail is sent by Airmail and USPS receives it, if your getting a delay this might be down to US Customs and can hold the parcel for inspection, adding further delay, but in most cases you don't have to do anything but wait.  Always Check with your USPS Post office first if you order is delayed by 5 days in 98% cases they tried to deliver and you were not in.  If UK check with Local Royal Mail Sorting Office.

Q: Where is my Tracking Code?

A: Tracking codes are only applied to orders of 3 bottles and will be applied to your paypal account payment to us.
