Men : How to Take

Week 1

1. Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water between 9 and 10am
2. Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water between 12.30 and 1.30am
3. Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water between 4pm and 5pm
4. Take for six days in a row and have one day off.

Week 2 to your target weight

1. Take two tablets with a full glass of water between 9 and 10am
2. Take two tablets with a full glass of water between 12.30 and 1.30am
3. Take two tablets with a full glass of water between 4pm and 5pm
4. Take for six days in a row and have one day off.

Do not take more than 6 tables per day.
Do not take if you suffer heart problems
